Futura Marketing is looking for a Software Consultant to advise and support companies through the implementation and use of our N2F expense management software. You will be a key player in ensuring client satisfaction and success.

What You'll Do

Analyze individual client needs and business processes.
Configure and set up the N2F software solution for each client.
Train client accounting and administrative teams on software usage.
Report client needs and detailed feedback to the internal development team.
Provide Level 2 client support via phone and ticketing system.
Analyze client requests to provide solutions and strategic advice on software usage.
Document requests and share encountered issues with the consulting team.

What We're Looking For

Education level from Bac+2 to Bac+5.
Strong motivation, rigor, and a demonstrated ability to learn.
Dynamic personality with natural interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, with the ability to manage multiple files and projects in parallel.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with accounting software like EBP, Sage, Cegid, or SAP.
Previous experience working for a software publisher.
Experience working in an accounting firm.
Successful experience as a software consultant or as a business referent for an IT project implementation (accounting, payroll).
