Henry Schein One LLC is hiring a Field Sales Consultant, Dental to manage all B2B sales activities within a dedicated territory in Virginia. This role requires you to drive growth through regular, consultative contact with every account, emphasizing new customer acquisition and communicating the Henry Schein value message.
What You'll Do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs.
- Direct sales activities and coordinate team selling to meet the complex needs of a rapidly changing industry.
- Develop, manage, and increase Merchandise, Equipment, and Service Sales through face-to-face consultative contact and regular customer business reviews.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Plan, organize, and implement effective strategies using company programs to increase market share across all product and service lines.
- Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, and training as instructed to promote event selling and deepen customer relationships.

- Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
