Precoro Inc is looking for a Talent Sourcer to build a strong inbound funnel through proactive search and find future growth drivers for our company. You’ll be instrumental in creating strong teams intentionally while working with international markets and collaborating with multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
What You'll Do
- Build a strong inbound funnel through proactive search
- See the market broader than LinkedIn filters
- Identify candidates who are future growth drivers, not just suitable
- Create strong teams intentionally
- Work with roles in Product, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Dev
- Handle 2–4 active roles simultaneously
- Collaborate with various hiring managers
What We're Looking For
- 1.5–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Confident use of Boolean search
- Ability to build a search strategy, not just 'open filters'
- Ability to argue your candidate choice
- Work dynamically, systematically, and structured
- Ownership mindset, proactivity, and curiosity
- Not afraid of difficult roles
- Doesn't blame the market — looks for solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience searching in international markets (US / UK / Europe / Latam)
