Enova International is looking for a NetCredit Loan Processing Representative to process loan applications and provide customer support for the NetCredit brand. You’ll start with a 3-week training program and then manage a remote workflow that includes inbound and outbound calls to verify information, resolve issues, and ensure application accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Manage a queue of loan applications, ensuring all work meets established quality and compliance standards.
- Receive inbound customer calls regarding their pending loan applications.
- Initiate outbound calls to verify application details and request necessary additional information from customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently through phone, email, or fax communication.
- Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with precise and current information.
