Pavago was looking for a Sales Account Executive - Full-Cycle B2B Sales (Remote)

The Sales Account Executive at Pavago will lead the full-cycle B2B sales process, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. This remote role emphasizes long-term client relationships, strategic business development, and collaboration within the EST time zone.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals
  • Develop customized sales strategies that align with company goals and specific client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales approaches
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional and persuasive approach
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities and customer-focused mindset focused on long-term success
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Strategic thinking ability to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
  • Organized, proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth and advancement
