The Sales Account Executive at Pavago will lead the full-cycle B2B sales process, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. This remote role emphasizes long-term client relationships, strategic business development, and collaboration within the EST time zone.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals
- Develop customized sales strategies that align with company goals and specific client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements
- Track and report sales performance metrics to leadership with accurate forecasting
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Provide market feedback and insights to improve products, services, and sales approaches
- Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to team development when needed
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional and persuasive approach

- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline management
