What You'll Do
Take ownership of identifying and converting new clients through proactive outreach, primarily via cold calling and virtual engagement. You'll build and manage a targeted sales pipeline independently, ensuring consistent progress without reliance on inbound leads. Conduct live product demonstrations over Zoom to showcase value and address client needs directly.
Develop and define your assigned territory by establishing trusted relationships with property managers, developers, and installation partners. Provide reliable forecasting and regular updates to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand visibility and generate new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or cloud-based services
- Proven focus on achieving sales results, not just activity metrics
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Accountability for personal performance and contribution to team goals
- Capacity to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Proficiency with Salesforce for tracking and managing the sales process
