- Proactively re-engage archived or inactive leads with strategic offers.
- Turn declined one-time services into recurring monthly subscriptions or adjust premium services to price-centric solutions.
- Leverage geographic targeting to strengthen route density and optimize service efficiency in priority markets.
- Conduct thoughtful post-service follow-ups to ensure extreme customer satisfaction.
- Convert one-time customers into ongoing subscribers.
- Identify opportunities between scheduled services to recommend 'top-off' treatments.
- Enhance convenience and lifetime customer value through upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Track record of consistently updating CRM systems with precision.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
