Toyota Tsusho Systems Europe is looking for a SailPoint IAM Rollout - Business Analyst to join a long-running, complex Identity & Access Management project. You will be responsible for helping to roll out SailPoint IdentityIQ across a major vehicle manufacturer's entire European ecosystem, working with multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, and compliance constraints.
What You'll Do
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze and migrate identity and account processes to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Translate as-is and to-be process flows into structured, actionable requirements.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects to identify gaps and design scalable fixes.
- Gather and validate user and system data from sources like Active Directory and LDAP.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, conducting deep-dive analysis sessions with stakeholders.
- Prepare functional test cases based on requirements and assist with delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM, security, or compliance-heavy environments.
- Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms like Okta or ForgeRock.
- Comfortable working with AD, AAD, LDAP, and related provisioning systems.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX.
- Strong process analysis and documentation skills, including BPMN and flowcharts.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working 100% remotely with multinational teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data validation tools like Excel; basic SQL or Python/Pandas is a plus.
- Previous work on other large, enterprise-scale IAM or system migration projects.
- Proven collaboration with Solution Architects and developers in cross-functional teams.
