Toyota Tsusho Systems Europe is looking for a SailPoint IAM Rollout - Business Analyst to join a long-running, complex Identity & Access Management project. You will be responsible for helping to roll out SailPoint IdentityIQ across a major vehicle manufacturer's entire European ecosystem, working with multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, and compliance constraints.

What You'll Do

Work with business stakeholders to analyze and migrate identity and account processes to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Translate as-is and to-be process flows into structured, actionable requirements.
Collaborate closely with solution architects to identify gaps and design scalable fixes.
Gather and validate user and system data from sources like Active Directory and LDAP.
Lead and facilitate workshops, conducting deep-dive analysis sessions with stakeholders.
Prepare functional test cases based on requirements and assist with delivery.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM, security, or compliance-heavy environments.
Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms like Okta or ForgeRock.
Comfortable working with AD, AAD, LDAP, and related provisioning systems.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX.
Strong process analysis and documentation skills, including BPMN and flowcharts.
Structured, proactive, and comfortable working 100% remotely with multinational teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with data validation tools like Excel; basic SQL or Python/Pandas is a plus.
Previous work on other large, enterprise-scale IAM or system migration projects.
Proven collaboration with Solution Architects and developers in cross-functional teams.
