Responsibilities
- Apply safety and health principles consistently in all site-related activities, including those extending beyond physical site boundaries
- Demonstrate leadership by fostering a work environment where safety and health are top priorities
- Track and communicate safety and health performance data, emphasizing automated reports and dashboards for frontline clarity
- Assist operational teams in using effective measures, metrics, and analytical tools to improve incident reporting and management
- Evaluate incoming safety data and coordinate with data sources to clarify or complete incomplete information
- Support and oversee training on the proper use of the safety and health reporting system (Isometrix)
- Ensure timely issuance of Alert 1 and Alert 2 notifications through Isometrix
- Perform regular and on-demand data analysis and reporting as needed
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual safety and health data entry and reporting, including data validation in Isometrix with key site personnel
- Oversee access and proper use of the site’s safety and health reporting platform (Isometrix)
- Carry out random audits to verify accuracy and completeness of data entry and resolution processes
- Enhance long-term sustainability performance by engaging in cross-functional initiatives to address related risks and impacts
- Help build a values-aligned, inclusive, and high-performing safety culture that supports diversity
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated and balanced safety solutions
- Ensure adherence to all applicable internal policies and external legal, regulatory, and permitting requirements
