Responsibilities

- Support quarterly financial close processes with timely deliverables
- Identify trends in customer churn and expansion revenue
- Assist in audits by providing documentation for revenue-related accounts
- Develop dashboards to visualize financial performance for leadership
- Evaluate pricing model impacts on revenue streams
- Partner with legal and sales teams to interpret contract amendments
- Maintain internal controls over revenue reporting processes
- Forecast future revenue under various business scenarios
- Reconcile billing system data with general ledger entries
- Track key performance indicators for finance and executive teams
- Support system enhancements related to revenue operations
- Document financial processes and update control documentation
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines
- Analyze customer contract modifications and renewals
- Provide insights on revenue variances versus forecast or budget

- Work with customer success to understand usage patterns
