Qode is seeking a SaaS Implementation Lead to own the strategy and execution of our software deployments. You will lead the team responsible for delivering our solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless integration within client environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of implementation managers and consultants.
- Drive the implementation strategy for SaaS product implementations.
- Ensure successful delivery of software solutions, meeting project timelines and budget.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
- Manage project risks, resource allocation, and provide strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Engage with C-suite executives to align project expectations and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics with other enterprise systems.
- Provide guidance and support to the implementation team in resolving complex technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices and standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the implementation process.
- Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the implementation process.
- Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and risks.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ERP systems.
- Experience in ETL/Integration and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with SaaS and expertise in enterprise software integration.
- Experience handling global customers and a background in technology.
- A background in a SaaS-based IT software development and cloud-based software company.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex integration projects.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven experience in mitigating project risks and driving smooth transitions to support teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics with advanced systems like NetSuite, Business Central, or F&O.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software integrations.
- Expertise in managing multi-functional teams across global locations.
- Advanced proficiency in presenting and aligning strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of formulating proposals for new systems, procedures, or processes.
- A background in acting as a liaison to resolve subsidiary management issues.
