Tyk Technologies was looking for a SaaS Account Manager - EMEA

The SaaS Account Manager - EMEA will own and develop long-term relationships with Tyk's customers across the EMEA region. This role is the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts, responsible for ensuring customers realize ongoing value from Tyk's API Management platform in complex technical environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Act as the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts
  • Maintain strong partnerships with customers
  • Ensure customers continue to realize value from the Tyk platform over time
  • Understand customers' complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships across engineering, platform, and leadership teams
  • Connect customers with the right internal expertise within Tyk
  • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams
  • Ensure customers have the support and clarity they need
  • Maintain ownership of the overall commercial relationship
