The SaaS Account Manager - EMEA will own and develop long-term relationships with Tyk's customers across the EMEA region. This role is the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts, responsible for ensuring customers realize ongoing value from Tyk's API Management platform in complex technical environments.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Act as the commercial owner of a portfolio of accounts
- Maintain strong partnerships with customers
- Ensure customers continue to realize value from the Tyk platform over time
- Understand customers' complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, platform, and leadership teams
- Connect customers with the right internal expertise within Tyk
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams
- Ensure customers have the support and clarity they need
- Maintain ownership of the overall commercial relationship
