RYZ Labs is hiring an Industrial Engineer to serve as an AI Trainer. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise to train and enhance AI models, focusing on generating high-quality, accurate technical content within the industrial engineering domain.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, categorize, and generate complex technical content related to industrial engineering processes and systems.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and technical correctness.
- Provide structured feedback and corrections to improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate on creating and refining training datasets and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a directly related field.
- Proven professional experience applying core industrial engineering principles (e.g., process optimization, systems analysis, quality control).
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts with clarity and precision.
