Responsibilities
- Conduct field assessments to evaluate needs related to financial literacy and financing access for rural enterprises.
- Collaborate in designing a specialized survey to uncover challenges faced by agricultural businesses.
- Define and select eligible beneficiaries based on project criteria.
- Supervise and coordinate local data collectors during field assessments, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Carry out routine site visits to agricultural operations during beneficiary selection phases.
- Assist in analyzing collected data and preparing summaries of survey findings.
Other
- The project spans three years, with core activities scheduled from February 2026 to June or December 2027.
- Consultants will work under the guidance of senior international experts and key personnel.
- Working days will be allocated according to the demands of specific tasks.
- A detailed timesheet must be maintained, outlining activity plans in coordination with the organization.
- A minimum of 120 valid digital surveys must be completed within any consecutive three-month period.
- Produce at least one interim data analysis and a brief report based on collected information.
