Kellanova is hiring an RTR Business Partner Controller to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bucharest. In this role, you will prepare, review, and analyze account reconciliations while developing expertise in the Balance Sheet Reconciliations process. You will act as a key liaison, manage audit requests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Handle liaison between business stakeholders, the BPO provider (Accenture), and the Bucharest team on Balance Sheet reviews, month-end closing, and BPO deliverables.
- Manage audit requests from PwC for the entire RTR stream.
- Drive continuous improvement by coordinating Finance-side projects and providing input to the CI team.
- Maintain the link between the Internal Controls team and the RTR team as the single point of contact for reconciliation, audit, and SOX issues.
- Ensure the RTR team meets service levels outlined in SLAs and collaborate with the BPO provider for seamless KPI delivery.
- Resolve customer issues in accordance with the escalation process and push back when necessary.
- Conduct customer calls and meetings as detailed in SLAs to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle other assigned tasks from GBS or Kellanova leadership.

- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution to meet performance objectives and customer commitments.
- Collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal and external customers to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English proficiency.
