As a Senior/Midlevel RPA UiPath Developer at Node.Digital, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex automation initiatives while mentoring developers. You'll be responsible for guiding projects from design through deployment, championing best practices, and ensuring our solutions align with our MISSION FIRST approach to serving our customers.
What You'll Do
- Mentor less experienced RPA developers and facilitate their professional growth.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex RPA bots and AI Agents.
- Spearhead the adoption of best practices, promote modular code reuse, and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve intricate development issues, and perform gate approvals.
- Actively collect customer experience feedback through sessions like demo days.
- Guide and foster the development of citizen developers.
What We're Looking For
- An active Secret or DHS Clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions aligned with business needs.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Commitment to the customer's mission and values.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying organizational structures.

- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
- Azure / AWS Certified Administrator.
