Ash & Harris Executive Search is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow a global leader’s presence in the NorCal/PNW territory. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a manufacturer specializing in high-power supply solutions for data centers, telecom, and industrial automation.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development with OEMs, VARs, and system integrators.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in the Western U.S. region.
- Leverage technical expertise to consult on power supply solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years selling high-power supply solutions (open frame/server markets).
- Proven track record with OEM accounts and system integrators.
- Established network in data center, telecom, or industrial sectors.
- Deep technical knowledge of power electronics.
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within territory (25-30%).
- Documented success selling into data center, telecom, or industrial power markets.

- Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary.
