Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to join our clinical team. This role provides a vital service delivering mental health care to clients across Florida through a secure, fully remote telehealth platform, maintaining a structured weekday schedule.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations for new clients.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions virtually.
- Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans based on clinical progress.
- Document all client sessions thoroughly in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
What We're Looking For
- An active, unrestricted Florida license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Prior professional experience in an outpatient or telehealth clinical setting.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills to maintain a remote caseload.
