Meyer and Associates is looking for a full-time remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be focused primarily on our Life insurance products, serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
What You'll Do
- Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers.
- Prepare well-written responses to customer questions and concerns.
- Process insurance quotes, coordinate underwriting, and assemble digital insurance certificates.
- Perform additional activities to support efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured.
What We're Looking For
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with a willingness to adapt to internal operational processes and systems.
- All applicants MUST be based in the US.
Nice to Have
- Prior client service experience and/or an active insurance license is a big plus.
