FrieslandCampina Ingredients is hiring a Route to Market Manager to shape and implement our national distribution strategies. In this role, you will focus on designing and executing strategies to ensure product availability across all channels, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth within our global network.
What You'll Do
- Shape and implement national Route to Market strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Food Service channels.
- Design and implement strategies that ensure products are available across every channel, from supermarkets and food service to general trade.
- Use data and insights to identify whitespace opportunities and optimize supply and demand models.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and global teams to roll out programs that accelerate distribution.
- Champion capability building by coaching teams and embedding best practices across the organization.
- Focus on building and optimizing distribution models that drive growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data Science to align strategies and execution.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience shaping and implementing national distribution strategies across multiple trade channels.
- Proven ability to use data-driven insights to identify market opportunities and optimize business models.
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Experience coaching teams and building organizational capability in sales and distribution effectiveness.
- Ability to design and execute strategies focused on product availability and distribution excellence.
