As the SDR Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and leading the outbound sales function at a SaaS company specializing in image and video optimization. This role is foundational—shaping the strategy, building the team, and refining the entire outbound process to drive qualified pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and measurable KPIs for outbound success.
- Design and own the full outbound workflow—from prospect research and messaging frameworks to follow-up sequences and smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Test and optimize the process by personally engaging in prospecting, ensuring scalability and effectiveness before team rollout.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and development in communication, objection handling, and performance.
- Monitor team metrics closely, using data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in sales development, with a minimum of 3 years managing SDR teams in SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling outbound processes that consistently exceed pipeline goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead remotely and inspire performance.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a passion for building teams and systems from scratch.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, websites, or apps is a plus, as is experience managing distributed teams.
Why This Environment Works

A dedicated fund supports both professional development and personal interests—past team members have used it for gym memberships, bartending classes, dance, and sports. Team off-sites have taken place in destinations like Udaipur, Goa, Corbett, Bali, and Mussoorie, blending focused work with meaningful connection.
There’s no micromanagement—just clear goals, autonomy, and a no-questions-asked leave policy that respects your time and judgment.
