ROI Communication is looking for an ROI Director - Internal Communication to lead strategic internal communication initiatives for our clients. This role operates remotely within the United States, collaborating closely with our Client Team to deliver impactful programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of strategic internal communication plans for clients
- Partner directly with the Client Team to understand client objectives and deliver results
- Analyze communication effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure program alignment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a director-level or senior strategic internal communication role
- Demonstrated success in client-facing consulting or agency environments
- Expertise in developing and measuring ROI for communication programs
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and relationship management skills
