Responsibilities
- Setup new deployments, configure and program the robot, validate its functionalities in simulated environments before delivery to the customer’s premises
- Provide remote support to deployment teams during installation and provisioning to ensure robots come online smoothly
- Monitor and maintain operational robot fleet using appropriate tools
- Diagnose and resolve anomalies or failures quickly to guarantee uptime and performance according to the Operational Support Process
- Provide feedback and learnings to stakeholders to improve operational support processes and guide R&D efforts
- Be directly involved on-site in complex or key deployments when specialized technical support is needed
