Sunrise Robotics Corporation is hiring a Robotics Delivery Specialist to play a key role in the deployment and operational excellence of our intelligent robotic systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring our robotic fleet performs reliably in customer environments, bridging the gap between development, deployment, and ongoing operations.
What You'll Do
- Deployment Preparation: Set up new deployments, configure and program robots, and validate functionalities in simulated environments before delivery.
- Deployment Support: Provide remote support to installation teams, handling technical issues to ensure smooth system provisioning and activation.
- Operational Support: Monitor and maintain the operational robot fleet using diagnostic tools, quickly resolving anomalies or failures to guarantee uptime.
- Drive Improvements: Provide feedback and learnings to stakeholders to improve operational support processes and guide R&D efforts.
- Advanced On-Site Assistance (as needed): Be directly involved on-site for complex or key deployments requiring specialized technical support.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with ROS2 and Isaac Sim or similar robotics frameworks and simulators.
- Proficient knowledge as a Python developer.
- Familiarity with building or maintaining production systems deployed in the field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in robotics or a similar field, or equivalent practical working experience.
- A collaborative, proactive team player with a can-do attitude and clear communication skills.
- Empathetic and understanding of customer and collaborating team requests and deadlines.
- Proficient at working remotely and open to occasional travel to customer sites.
- Based in a West, Central, or Eastern European time zone and able to travel in the Schengen area.

- Familiarity with developing or contributing to the development of robotics systems.
- A background in providing operational support to ensure smooth, reliable system performance.
