PROCEPT BioRobotics is hiring a Robotic Sales Representative to manage the Chicago, IL territory. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our innovative robotic surgical systems, building relationships with key hospital stakeholders and driving product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle for advanced robotic capital equipment in the Chicago territory.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Drive market development and product adoption through clinical education and demonstration.
- Analyze territory performance and develop targeted sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with clinical support teams to ensure successful customer implementations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven success in medical device capital equipment sales, with a documented track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of the hospital capital purchasing process and budget cycles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and clinical information effectively.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Chicago, IL metropolitan area.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling robotic, capital, or disposable products in urology, orthopedics, or general surgery.
- Existing relationships with key urology departments and surgeons in the Chicago region.
