Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational delivery of retail roadshows at Sam’s Club and Costco sites, including managing master event calendars, product setups, and planograms (POG).
- Generate and oversee transfer orders while organizing inventory distribution for roadshow events.
- Track inventory levels, restocking needs, and inconsistencies across fulfillment centers and event locations to maintain sufficient stock during each event.
- Arrange shipments with warehouses, third-party logistics providers, and transportation partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Resolve urgent logistics and inventory challenges, such as rush deliveries and stock discrepancies.
- Handle post-event processes including returns, partial shipments, and closing out orders.
- Coordinate product assembly, kitting, and packaging activities when needed for event preparedness.
- Keep precise records of schedules, transfer orders, inventory data, and shipment statuses.
- Act as the main communication link between warehouse staff, logistics providers, retail contacts, and internal departments to support seamless event execution.
