Allegheny Health Network is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Canonsburg. You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards, utilizing the nursing process to coordinate patient-centered plans of care.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate the plan of patient care for age-appropriate populations.
- Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.
- Complete comprehensive patient documentation following facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
- Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, potentially serving as a preceptor.
What We're Looking For
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

This is an onsite position based in Canonsburg.
