About the Role

This role involves managing supply chain processes, analyzing data to support decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement, logistics, and supplier management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements to ensure on-time delivery
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction
  • Support procurement strategies by providing insights from market and spend analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve material shortages
  • Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to reduce excess stock
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for supply chain functions
  • Assist in the implementation of supply chain management systems and tools
  • Participate in supplier negotiations and contract reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
  • Track and report on supply chain risks and mitigation plans
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Manage supplier onboarding and qualification processes
  • Support global sourcing initiatives and supplier diversification efforts
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions
  • Work with quality teams to resolve supplier-related non-conformances
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain activities and decisions
  • Utilize ERP systems to monitor and manage procurement and inventory data
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to supply chain operations
  • Develop supply chain contingency plans for critical components
  • Engage in cross-functional project teams to improve end-to-end processes
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging supply chain technologies
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and ethical sourcing goals
