About the Role

Solventum is hiring a Field Service Representative in San Leandro to directly serve our healthcare clients. You will be responsible for the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment, building and maintaining superior customer relationships through daily interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, providing superior customer service with customer-centric solutions.
  • Execute timely and accurate order management using company-issued computers and electronic equipment for documentation.
  • Obtain and evaluate all information regarding service and product inquiries, providing prompt responses and follow-up.
  • Assist customers in researching and searching for missing or misplaced medical equipment.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service.
  • Prepare medical device equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation, and routine maintenance.
  • Organize and execute assigned work tasks to meet customer expected timeframes effectively.
  • Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Accurately prepare, pick, pack, ship, and receive inbound and outbound shipments using third-party partners.
  • Follow all work and safety instructions and conform to Company and Departmental policies.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as time management and prioritization skills.
  • Durable Medical Equipment handling experience.
