Solventum is looking for a Field Service Representative to directly serve the needs of our healthcare clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment, building and maintaining superior customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, providing superior customer service with customer-centric solutions.
- Execute timely and accurate order management using company-issued computers and electronic equipment for documentation and record keeping.
- Obtain and evaluate all information regarding service and product inquiries to provide prompt responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Assist customers in research and due diligence searches for missing medical equipment.
- Safely operate a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service requirements.
- Prepare medical device equipment through cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation, and routine maintenance.
- Organize and execute assigned work tasks to efficiently meet customer expected timeframes.
- Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
- Accurately prepare, pick, pack, ship, and receive inbound and outbound shipments using third-party partners.
- Follow all work and safety instructions and conform to company and departmental policies.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Nice to Have
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties.
- Ability to meet physical requirements through fitness testing as required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, as well as strong time management and prioritization skills.

- Compensation: $50,983 - $62,312
