Allegheny Health Network is seeking an RN Emergency for its Level I Trauma Center at Allegheny General Hospital. You will be responsible and accountable for a designated patient population, providing care based on the nursing process in a fast-paced, critical care environment.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and care planning skills.
- Provide safe and effective care for the age population served according to regulatory requirements.
- Professionally direct and manage the activities of patient care delivery by team members.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including EMS, for the plan of care from presentation through disposition.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year recent nursing experience in ICU, Emergency, or Clinical Decision Units.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR certification.
Work Mode
This role is onsite at Allegheny General Hospital.
