ThedaCare is hiring a RN Clinical Nurse (Ambulatory) to provide patient-centered, specialized, and evidence-based nursing care. In this role, you'll be a proactive partner in health, contributing to compassionate, safe care and positive patient outcomes in an interprofessional environment.

What You’ll Do

Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess patient needs and develop collaborative plans of care.
Plan for patient care needs with the interprofessional team to deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes.
Demonstrate clinical expertise and perform all age-appropriate, developmentally sensitive, and culturally specific RN functions.
Identify ways to improve the patient experience, streamline processes, lower costs, and promote quality.
Contribute to a professional environment that encourages mentoring, engagement, and development.
Provide consultation and maintain positive relationships with physicians and team members to improve care.
Demonstrate, anticipate, and proactively manage risk to prevent crises.
Perform skillfully in life-threatening emergencies and crisis situations.

What We’re Looking For

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending) and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform patient care procedures
Compliance with department-specific competencies
