Hologram is looking for an RL Environments Specialist to build the interactive sandboxes and tasks used to train our computer use AI agents. You'll join a mission-driven team engineering AI systems that strive to understand the universe and aid humanity's pursuit of knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Build sandbox UIs that our agents and RL actors will interact with directly.
- Create tasks for built environments and programmatically validate task completion.
- Take ownership of the entire task creation process for a given RL environment.
What We're Looking For
- Full stack engineering experience.
- Experience with containerization.
- Experience with front-end design.
- Experience creating a Python backend DB and populating it with realistic mock data.
- Experience exposing endpoints.
- Exceedingly high taste in code quality and front-end design.
- Extensive experience with using coding agents from the consumer side.
- Understanding of the RL paradigm.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: USD $100/hour - $200/hour.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role. You can work remotely or from our office in San Francisco.
