Hologram is seeking an Account Executive for the São Paulo region of LATAM. This freelance independent contractor role is responsible for generating opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the international territory.
What You'll Do
- Report directly to the VP of Sales or CRO depending on location.
- Solve customer problems by uncovering their needs and wants.
- Meet with customers and prospects to explain how our solutions align with their needs.
- Develop pipeline by finding and qualifying viable leads.
- Operate effectively with existing technology partners.
- Lead executive-level conversations with existing customers to ensure value realization and advocacy.
- Work closely with local and regional partners to drive revenue and market share in tandem with Customer Success.
- Become an expert on SuccessKPI products, services, and use cases, providing capabilities briefings regularly.
- Articulate the SuccessKPI value proposition and key competitive differentiators.
- Identify buyer personal profiles and understand their needs.
- Consult with sales and marketing leadership to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams.
- Track and monitor your work.
- Attend marketing events, trade shows, sales educational events, and seminars.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Report to the management team weekly to provide metrics and track progress.
- If managing an International territory outside of the US, act as the in-country manager of our entire customer cycle with support from a CSM, PM, and Tech Support.
What We're Looking For
- BS or BA Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Proven experience uncovering customer needs and problems.
- Confirmed ability to qualify prospects.
- Great command of MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn and social selling and prospecting techniques.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of successfully closed deals.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact.
- Excellent writing and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
