ecosio is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, German speaker (Remote EU*) (f/m/d)

About the Role

ecosio is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to build pipelines for our B2B integration software in the DACH region. You will be central to initiating relationships with potential enterprise customers through proactive research and outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to new potential customers and pre-qualify leads to ensure our offering fits the prospect’s needs.
  • Research for important contact details, find potential customers, and generate initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, and email.
  • Travel approximately 30-40% of the time to events, fairs, and company events.
  • Come up with new lead generation ideas and implement them in cooperation with your team lead and team.
  • Track all data in Salesforce regularly, ensuring accurate follow-up on prospects and building necessary relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience (e.g., cold calling, strategic outreach).
  • Self-initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • German (C2) and English fluency is a must.
  • Comfortable navigating through changes in the company.
  • Power of persuasion and talent to quickly win over your counterpart.
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the software (SaaS) industry.
  • Additional languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish are an advantage.
  • High level of self-confidence and drive.
  • High resilience and tolerance for rejection.
  • Ability to grasp IT concepts and technical contexts at a high level.
  • Experience selling to CFOs/Finance departments.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, France, the UK, Italy, or Hungary.
