- Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and coverage
- Assist in audits and examinations by providing risk documentation
- Develop playbooks for handling high-risk alerts and escalations
- Work with engineering teams to integrate risk logic into core platforms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of money laundering and fraud tactics
- Contribute to incident response protocols for financial crime events
- Support onboarding risk assessments for new business verticals
- Evaluate third-party risk tools and vendors
- Provide insights to leadership on risk exposure and mitigation
- Ensure consistency in risk decisioning across global operations
- Balance fraud prevention with user experience and business growth
- Track key risk indicators and report on trends
- Refine customer screening procedures for identity and ownership verification
