Binance is looking for a Risk Operations Agent to join our team focused on safeguarding operations across the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in managing and mitigating risk within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze transactions and user activity to identify potential risks.
- Execute operational workflows for risk management and incident response.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement risk controls.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of risk operation procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in risk operations, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process information and make decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of personal integrity.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural team setting.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Ireland (Dublin), Czech Republic (Prague), Romania (Bucharest or Iași), Portugal (Lisbon), Poland (Krakow or Warsaw), and Eastern Europe.
