Binance is looking for a Risk Operations Agent to join our team focused on safeguarding operations across the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in managing and mitigating risk within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Monitor and analyze transactions and user activity to identify potential risks.
Execute operational workflows for risk management and incident response.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement risk controls.
Contribute to the development and refinement of risk operation procedures.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in risk operations, compliance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process information and make decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of personal integrity.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural team setting.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Ireland (Dublin), Czech Republic (Prague), Romania (Bucharest or Iași), Portugal (Lisbon), Poland (Krakow or Warsaw), and Eastern Europe.
