Responsibilities
- Own and build the full RFP lifecycle from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Implement and leverage an RFP management system to manage content, coordinate contributors, and maintain version control.
- Write, edit, and assemble clear, concise, customer-ready proposal responses aligned with brand voice and go-to-market messaging.
- Synthesize technical, legal, security, and commercial inputs into cohesive, well-structured and persuasive answers.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by setting timelines, defining ownership, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve proposal content libraries, templates, and standardized responses.
- Perform rigorous quality reviews to ensure submissions are complete, consistent, and error-free.
- Capture feedback and iterate on proposal workflows, tooling and content as RFP volume and complexity scale.
