Responsibilities
- Carry out hardware and software setup procedures to prepare systems for customer delivery, demonstrations, and testing
- Perform final technical inspections to detect malfunctions and assist in diagnosing root causes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Report on the condition, status, and field-worthiness of equipment
- Assist in evaluating and validating updates to software versions
- Help design and apply new methods for system deployment
- Produce and update technical guides and manuals for fielded electronic warfare systems
- Lead or participate in reviews after operational incidents to develop corrective actions
