Your Role: As a C&B Expert, you will independently lead key compensation projects, advise managers and HRBPs, implement new tools, and build the organisation’s capabilities in pay transparency. What you'll do: - Design, implement, and manage fixed and variable compensation structures - Conduct regular pay analyses benchmarked against market data and internal policies - Lead job architecture and job evaluation projects - Manage the salary revision cycle, bonus structures, and reward programmes - Develop and deliver compensation training and workshops for managers and HRBPs - Audit existing solutions and design improvements aligned with business needs - Provide advisory support to managers and HRBPs on pay and benefits matters - Play an active role in preparing the organisation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive - Own C&B projects from kick-off to delivery, end-to-end
