Fonoa is hiring a RevOps Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and refine key go-to-market workflows spanning sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships
  • Track and assess sales pipeline integrity, conversion metrics, and funnel effectiveness throughout the customer journey
  • Oversee forecasting procedures and assist in revenue strategy development
  • Assist in defining sales territories, account assignments, and resource capacity planning
  • Facilitate regular business performance reviews with go-to-market executives
  • Detect inefficiencies in operations and deploy scalable improvements
  • Establish consistent practices and standards across revenue-facing teams
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to enhance business visibility
  • Ensure teams align with defined goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
  • Support revenue team planning cycles and strategic projects
  • Manage and enhance the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM and related platforms
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, automation, and workflow optimization
  • Assess and deploy tools that boost team efficiency, data accuracy, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with changing business needs
  • Work closely with leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide business decisions
  • Support executive-level reporting, forecasting, and board presentations
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to go-to-market leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related role
  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration and CRM best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-growing environments
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive structure through change
