Responsibilities
- Lead and refine key go-to-market workflows spanning sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships
- Track and assess sales pipeline integrity, conversion metrics, and funnel effectiveness throughout the customer journey
- Oversee forecasting procedures and assist in revenue strategy development
- Assist in defining sales territories, account assignments, and resource capacity planning
- Facilitate regular business performance reviews with go-to-market executives
- Detect inefficiencies in operations and deploy scalable improvements
- Establish consistent practices and standards across revenue-facing teams
- Develop performance metrics and reporting tools to enhance business visibility
- Ensure teams align with defined goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Support revenue team planning cycles and strategic projects
- Manage and enhance the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM and related platforms
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, automation, and workflow optimization
- Assess and deploy tools that boost team efficiency, data accuracy, and operational performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with changing business needs
- Work closely with leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide business decisions
- Support executive-level reporting, forecasting, and board presentations
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to go-to-market leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related role
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and CRM best practices
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in fast-growing environments
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive structure through change
