About the Role

Notabene is hiring its first RevOps Manager to establish the operational foundation for our go-to-market organization. You will architect scalable systems that connect Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success through clean data, integrated platforms, and actionable insights.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize Notabene's GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Apollo, ensuring clean, connected, and scalable systems.
  • Turn data into decisions by building dashboards and insights that empower Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success teams.
  • Analyze GTM performance and model growth scenarios to identify the highest-impact drivers of pipeline and revenue efficiency.
  • Use data to uncover what truly drives ROI across channels, helping prioritize resource and investment focus.
  • Drive GTM enablement by equipping teams with the tools, data, and processes needed to execute efficiently and make informed decisions.
  • Streamline GTM processes, improving lead flow, handoffs, and conversion visibility across the funnel.
  • Drive data integrity and automation to ensure accurate, consistent reporting and efficient workflows.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to forecast, measure performance, and drive growth, with a core focus on accurate, data-driven revenue forecasting.
  • Leverage network data to enrich SDR outreach and sales motions, creating more tailored, insight-driven engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Deep experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven ability to analyze GTM data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or forecasting models.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows.
  • Comfortable owning integrations and automation across tools.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator in a distributed team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Gong, Notion AI, or HubSpot Ops Hub.
  • Exposure to crypto, fintech, or compliance-focused SaaS.
  • Experience implementing product-led sales flows.
