Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain core go-to-market platforms including CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, and supporting sales tools.
- Develop and oversee integrations across systems, especially order-to-cash workflows between ERP and CRM using iPaaS or APIs.
- Use programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Apex to automate workflows and extend platform functionality beyond standard configurations.
- Integrate artificial intelligence features into GTM processes such as lead distribution, forecasting, sales productivity tools, and smart automation.
- Convert operational needs from revenue-facing teams into scalable system designs and structured data models.
- Lead the strategic evolution of the GTM tech stack with a prioritized roadmap and manage vendor partnerships and software procurement.
- Enforce data accuracy, system documentation standards, and governance policies across all revenue operations platforms.
