Vestd, a sharetech platform, is seeking a RevOps & CRM Lead to own and optimize our CRM architecture, drive automation, and provide critical data insights to support revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient go-to-market processes.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) architecture, including lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core field governance.
- Review and build upon automation across the funnel, covering lead routing, scoring, workflows, and identification & enrichment.
- Integrate GTM tools such as sales engagement, customer success, billing, and analytics systems.
- Ensure all systems are leveraged to achieve maximum value.
- Work closely with Analytics to inform the building of dashboards for Business Units and the Revenue team.
- Ensure high data hygiene and standardised definitions across teams.
- Create forecasting models and pipeline analytics for leadership.
- Map and optimise end-to-end revenue processes for the entire customer lifecycle.
- Implement SLAs, handovers, and qualification frameworks.
- Drive consistency across Business Units and reduce operational friction.
- Collaborate with the broader Revenue team and Business Units to understand their needs.
- Provide insights, tooling, and workflows that improve performance.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on integrations and data flows.
What We're Looking For
- 4-7+ years of experience in RevOps or GTM systems.
- Strong CRM administration and automation skills with deep HubSpot expertise.
- Ability to build AI automation workflows using tools like n8n.
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and revenue modelling.
- Knowledge of using and connecting attribution tools (e.g., Dreamdata).
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or HubSpot Reports.
- Ability to translate business needs into repeatable technical solutions.
- Ability to work across and influence diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in equity management, financial SaaS, or compliance-heavy domains.
- Familiarity with share schemes.
- Experience working in a multi-national environment.
