Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Expert-level skill in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the revenue lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to Customer Success)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with the ability to leverage automation and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and go-to-market decision making
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
- Understanding of data governance principles
