DaVita is looking for a Revenue Specialist ROPS to join our team. This position performs critical revenue cycle duties for dialysis services, focusing on patient insurance processing, claim submission, and account collections. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to our 'community first, company second' culture and serving patients with chronic kidney failure.
What You'll Do
- Perform duties related to medical insurance billing, collections, or patient access for the revenue operations department.
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper patient coverage and timely reimbursement for services.
- Review and submit system setup requests to ensure center and payer information is loaded accurately for billing.
- Respond timely and accurately to payer communications.
- Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes.
- Partner with clinic teammates like Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
- Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Maintain current patient account information at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies.
- May be asked to work overtime as needed.
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal).
