About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of revenue data, supporting month-end close activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and revenue recognition issues.
Responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile patient billing data to ensure accurate revenue reporting
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue streams in a timely manner
- Support month-end close processes by validating financial data entries
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify billing issues and improve data accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date records in financial and patient management systems
- Monitor revenue recognition practices to align with company policies
- Generate reports to track revenue performance and anomalies
- Assist in audits by providing accurate financial documentation
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding revenue data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial controls
- Track adjustments and corrections to revenue accounts
- Partner with IT to improve data integration between systems
- Escalate complex billing issues following defined procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for revenue operations
- Follow standard operating procedures for revenue validation
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
- Stay current with changes in revenue recognition standards
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary for data resolution
- Document processes and maintain knowledge base entries
- Use Excel and internal tools to analyze financial data
- Meet deadlines for reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Support special projects related to revenue accuracy
- Ensure consistent application of revenue policies across departments
- Communicate status updates to supervisors and team leads

What You’ll Do
