Maleda Tech is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to support growth within our rapidly expanding digital marketplace. In this role, you will design and operationalize scalable revenue programs that drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Translate strategic goals into operational programs that improve performance and unlock sustainable growth.
- Develop operational strategies supporting marketplace growth, including partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Align operational programs with broader business goals and ensure they scale effectively across regions and teams.
- Collaborate with regional leaders, marketing, analytics, product, legal, and operations teams for effective program execution.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure initiatives remain on track and measurable.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions and strategic planning.
- Establish KPIs and performance tracking frameworks to measure operational effectiveness.
- Continuously refine programs and processes to maximize business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and streamline workflows through data insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes and operating models for growth initiatives.
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve internal tooling, automate workflows, and reduce manual processes.
- Support the launch of operational initiatives in key markets and scale successful strategies across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketplace operations, growth operations, consulting, or similar operational strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience supporting SMB or B2B sales environments and working with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both operational teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build data-driven strategies, financial models, and operational frameworks.
- Highly organized with a strong bias toward ownership, execution, and measurable outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and familiarity with SQL.
