Responsibilities
- Evaluate data and channel effectiveness to uncover opportunities for growth and operational enhancements
- Drive operational scalability by developing and deploying process optimizations and automation strategies
- Collaborate with Product and Go-to-Market teams to assess product performance and boost adoption across Brazil
- Plan and conduct experiments, including A/B testing, to validate assumptions and increase user engagement
- Deliver data-driven insights that inform go-to-market approaches and align product features with business objectives
- Coordinate with local and international stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives
- Develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and communicate findings to leadership
