The Revenue Operations Manager will own the expansion pipeline from meeting to launch for Urrly, a fast-growing healthcare organization working with major US health insurers. This remote role is responsible for driving pilots to contract quickly, removing blockers, and ensuring timely deal execution in a US-aligned environment.
What You'll Do
- Own expansion pipeline from meeting to launch
- Enforce clear next steps and accountable owners
- Send recaps and pilot scopes within 24–48 hours
- Track contracts weekly; push for status updates
- Coordinate sales, finance, ops to remove blockers
- Flag risks early; protect launch timelines
- Produce simple, clean weekly pipeline reports
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or enterprise PM
- Experience supporting US enterprise accounts
- Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent written English; executive-ready recaps
- Comfortable pushing stakeholders for updates
- Daily AI user; real workflow examples required
- No AI fluency = not a fit
Nice to Have
- Healthcare, payer, or health tech experience
- Experience with pilots → contracting → go-live
- Built CRM or pipeline process from scratch

Compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month (flexible for top AI talent)
