About the Role

Pluralsight is looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to own the strategic marketing roadmap and fuel growth for the APAC region. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales to develop and execute data-driven programs that build pipeline and support our mission of shaping the future of tech upskilling.

What You'll Do

  • Own the APAC Blueprint: Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing plan, managing the budget and calendar to hit aggressive pipeline targets.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Programs: Lead everything from executive roundtables and trade shows to end-to-end webinar programming and 'ABM-lite' plays for priority accounts.
  • Lead Digital Strategy & Agency Relations: Manage agency execution for paid media, ensuring briefs are sharp, budgets are paced, and lead routing is seamless.
  • Write & Repurpose Content: Draft event invites, social posts, and SDR enablement assets, turning global assets into localized winners.
  • Enable the Sales Engine: Create the 'who to target' and 'what to say' talk tracks for our SDRs and AEs to ensure every lead generated is followed up with precision.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS or enterprise tech experience is a massive plus).
  • A proven track record of building regional plans that move the needle on sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Experience managing virtual and in-person events from topic selection through to post-event conversion.
  • Experience briefing and managing external partners to get the best possible performance out of digital channels.
  • Comfortable writing channel-ready copy (emails, landing pages, social) within a messaging framework.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed (expected up to 20%).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM programs, retention/expansion marketing, and familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
