Marshfield Clinic Health System is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our coding and billing practices meet all compliance guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers. You'll be a key part of our mission to provide accessible, affordable, and compassionate healthcare by safeguarding revenue accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Review and resolve missed or miscoded medical charges.
- Ensure all coding and billing practices comply with official policies and payer requirements.
- Maintain revenue integrity through accurate documentation and process adherence.
What We're Looking For
- An Associates degree is required, or a minimum of five years' experience in coding or billing in lieu of the degree.
- A minimum of one of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPB, or CMRS.
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident or an internal employee of Marshfield Clinic Health System or Sanford Health.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with Epic applications, such as Epic Care, Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, ADT, Hospital and Clinic Coding, and Health Information Management.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Epic implementation or migration conversions (e.g., from Cerner to Epic).
Technical Stack
- Epic applications: Epic Care, Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, ADT, Hospital and Clinic Coding, Health Information Management.
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
